REFUND POLICY – Season 2020
(Valid on bookings made from 01.05.2020)
At the time of booking a deposit of 30% of the total stay is required.
In case of cancellation:
Return of 2/3 of the deposit with written cancellation within 15 days before the arrival date.
Return of 1/3 of the deposit with written cancellation within 8 days before the arrival date.
N.B.: We will not ask the reason of the cancellation.
INFORMATION
The hotel has a lift
Check-in: the rooms are available from 1.30 pm until 11 pm;
Check-out: we ask our guests to leave the rooms before 10.30 am in order to have them available
for next guests in the best and cleanest conditions;
GENERAL CONDITIONS
A booking cancellation or an early leaving are always unpleasant events, both for you and for us.
In these circumstances, please be understanding if we are forced to charge the deposit in case of cancellation and all the days booked in case of delayed arrival and / or early departure. The services not taken, in particular meals, are generally not refundable. For reductions reserved for children it is mandatory upon arrival to submit documents proving the birthdates. (We consider the age of children at the date of arrival).
BOOKING PROCEDURES AND CONDITIONS
Only reservations with a confirmation deposit with cash, bankcard, credit card, bank transfer or money order are considered binding. In case of cancellation, or no arrival, the deposit becomes penal and will not be returned.
With the payment of the confirmation deposit all conditions and internal regulations are considered accepted by the guest;
PAYMENT METHODS
Cash: directly on site;
Bankcard: directly on site;
Credit Card: proceed with written authorization to the withdrawal and communicating the data of the card owner, card number and expiration date of the same (we will perform ourselves the authorized withdrawal);
Bank Transfer: Banca Popolare dell’Emilia Romagna “BPER” on b/a payable to Hotel Principe.
